I knew a couple who rode tandem. He was captain; she was stoker. He had a computer up front. She wanted to have all that fun and useful information--speed, distance, etc too. So he wired ip an identical computer for her. Same make. Same model. Calibrated alike.

The only difference was that hers read from the rear wheel.

She always went farther than he did.
